Our framework supports organizations in harnessing the power of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship in a structured manner to transform legacy products and services, cater to new market trends, and envision the future of their industry, accelerating their ability to innovate and stay on top of the game.

We explore a well-defined space by engaging groups, mapping operating markets, and defining areas of interest to develop thesis and start drawing ideas.

We validate the desirability and feasibility of an idea or a venture concept by testing mock-ups with potential customers, influencers, and decision makers to understand the value add of the product (main features) and how to monetize it to assess both areas (desirability and feasibility) from a quantitative and qualitative perspective.

We gather the information needed to take a concept to market by conceptualizing the first instance of a real venture or a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to validate user acceptance, profitability, and achieve what we call a “concept-market-fit”.

Our concept building services are led by a Venture Builder and a Chief Technology Officer in Residence. Each concept has to go through a “solution architecture process” to ensure that we are building the right product, using the right resources, for the right users. Building the first instance of a real venture means that we are only building the features needed to serve our first customer or building partner; over time, we build and release more features based on our customer needs, what we call “iterative product development”.
